Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the holder of a photography permit shall apply to the Competent Authority in Form IV for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Competent Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
