Particulars of application.—Every application for registration shall state the name and address of the applicant, the premises at which the making of taxable supplies is carried on, the particulars of every bond held by the applicant and such other particulars as are specified in Form GST DRC-03, and shall be signed by the applicant or his authorised agent.
