Periodical returns.—Every liquefied petroleum gas distributor shall furnish to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board, within twenty-one days of the close of each year, a return in Form II of the distribution of liquefied petroleum gas carried on during that year, and a nil return where no such activity was carried on.
