Report of inspection.—The Chief Electrical Inspector shall, within one hundred and twenty days of an inspection, submit a report of the inspection to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board in Form III, and a copy of the report shall be furnished to the liquefied petroleum gas distributor on request.
