Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any liquefied petroleum gas distributor dies, his legal representative shall, within ninety days of the death, intimate the death to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board in Form VI, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every generating station then held; and the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
