Application for registration.—Every liquefied petroleum gas distributor carrying on the distribution of liquefied petroleum gas shall make an application for registration to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board in Form II, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every register of consumers held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
