Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a zoo who ceases to carry on the keeping of a zoo shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every plastic packaging held by him has been disposed of.
