Intimation of change.—Every nominee of an insured person shall intimate to the Employees' Insurance Court, in Form 6 and within forty-two days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Employees' Insurance Court shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
