Periodical returns.—Every liquefied petroleum gas distributor shall furnish to the Grievance Redressal Forum, within thirty days of the close of each year, a return in Form IV of the distribution of liquefied petroleum gas carried on during that year, and a nil return where no such activity was carried on.
