Production of records.—Every significant data fiduciary shall, on request by the Controller of Certifying Authorities, produce the certificate of registration and the records maintained under these rules for inspection at the premises where the processing of personal data by a significant data fiduciary is carried on, and shall furnish with them a written statement explaining every entry in the record which relates to any security audit report not held at those premises.
