Application for registration.—Every significant data fiduciary carrying on the processing of personal data by a significant data fiduciary shall make an application for registration to the Certifying Authority in Form G, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every consent held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
