Application for registration.—Every loss assessor carrying on the assessment of claims shall make an application for registration to the Securities Appellate Tribunal in Form IRDA-3, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every endorsement held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
