Application for registration.—Every domestic worker carrying on domestic work for wages shall make an application for registration to the Corporation in Form 6, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every benefit held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ten days from that date.
