Application for registration.—Every ship repairer carrying on the repair of ships shall make an application for registration to the Port Authority in Form 6, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every register of vessels held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
