Surrender of certificate.—Every ship repairer who ceases to carry on the repair of ships shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Port Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 1 of the manner in which every berth held by him has been disposed of.
