Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the ship repairer shall apply to the Port Authority in Form 6 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Port Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
