Surrender of certificate.—Every director who ceases to carry on the management of a company shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Competition Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form INC-1 of the manner in which every statement of affairs held by him has been disposed of.
