Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods dies, his legal representative shall, within fourteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Director of Fire Services in Form G, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every hazard map then held; and the Director of Fire Services shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
