Application for registration.—Every owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods carrying on the storage of inflammable goods shall make an application for registration to the Director of Fire Services in Form A, within three days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every warning held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
