Application for registration.—Every grazier on Government waste land carrying on the grazing of cattle on Government waste land shall make an application for registration to the Collector in Form 5, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every register of holdings held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
