Application for registration.—Every owner of a private siding carrying on the working of a private siding shall make an application for registration to the Railway Administration in Form H, within ten days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees and a statement of every parcel held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ten days from that date.
