Periodical return.—Every marriage bureau carrying on the arranging of marriages shall furnish to the Government of Uttarakhand, within twenty-one days of the close of each year, a return in Form IV of every notice of intended marriage received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for fourteen days from the date on which it is furnished.
