Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a critical facility who ceases to carry on the operation of a critical facility shall, within one day of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Civil Defence Controller in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every fire safety certificate held by him has been disposed of.
