Intimation of change.—Every operator of a critical facility shall intimate to the Civil Defence Controller, in Form A and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Civil Defence Controller shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
