Intimation of change.—Every licensee of a fair shall intimate to the Gram Panchayat, in Form 6 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Gram Panchayat shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
