Intimation of change.—Every subscriber shall intimate to the Digital Communications Commission, in Form C and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Digital Communications Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
