Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the subscriber shall apply to the Digital Communications Commission in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Digital Communications Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
