Surrender of certificate.—Every employer who ceases to carry on the employment of persons shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 19 of the manner in which every scheme held by him has been disposed of.
