Intimation of change.—Every input service distributor shall intimate to the Appellate Authority, in Form GST RFD-01 and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appellate Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
