Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the surveyor shall apply to the Securities Appellate Tribunal in Form IRDA-5 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Securities Appellate Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
