Intimation of change.—Every insurance marketing firm shall intimate to the Council of Insurers, in Form IRDA-7 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Council of Insurers shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
