Application for registration.—Every flying training organisation carrying on the training of pilots shall make an application for registration to the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority in Form CA-8, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five lakh rupees and a statement of every log book held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
