Intimation of change.—Every wholesale vendor shall intimate to the District Excise Officer, in Form F and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Excise Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
