Application for registration.—Every trustee carrying on the administration of the Fund shall make an application for registration to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form 31, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every scheme held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
