Correction of entries.—The District Registering Authority may, on an application made in Form 20-B by any genetic counselling centre or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than ninety days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
