Surrender of certificate.—Every genetic counselling centre who ceases to carry on the running of a genetic counselling centre shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Registering Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 19 of the manner in which every establishment held by him has been disposed of.
