Application for registration.—Every genetic counselling centre carrying on the running of a genetic counselling centre shall make an application for registration to the District Registering Authority in Form 41, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every batch held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
