Intimation of change.—Every cable operator shall intimate to the Appellate Tribunal, in Form VI and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
