Intimation of change.—Every hostel for students of Scheduled Castes shall intimate to the Commission, in Form II and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
