Maintenance of premises.—Every ground handling agency shall keep the premises where the provision of ground handling services is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every air operator certificate kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the provision of ground handling services, and shall furnish to the Airports Authority in Form CA-1, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
