Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the ground handling agency shall apply to the Airports Authority in Form CA-6 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Airports Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
