Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any coach dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Agency in Form E, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every contract of an athlete then held; and the Agency shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
