Application for registration.—Every builder of a group housing scheme carrying on the construction of a group housing scheme shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies in Form H, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every completion certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
