Application for registration.—Every railway administration carrying on the working of a railway shall make an application for registration to the Commissioner of Railway Safety in Form H, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every ticket held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
