Forms.—The forms specified in the Schedule shall be used for the purposes for which they are so specified, and where no form is specified for any purpose, an application, return or intimation which contains the particulars these rules require shall be sufficient; Form GSTR-9 and Form GSTR-3B shall be supplied by the Joint Commissioner on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees, and a form so supplied shall bear the date on which it was supplied and shall be used within fifteen days of that date.
