Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these rules shall be served on the electronic commerce operator to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form GST REG-01, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the Joint Commissioner shall record the manner and the date of service within twenty days of the service.
