Intimation of change.—Every owner of land adjoining an embankment shall intimate to the Collector, in Form 7 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Collector shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
