Forms.—The forms specified in the Schedule shall be used for the purposes for which they are so specified, and where no form is specified for any purpose, an application, return or intimation which contains the particulars these bye-laws require shall be sufficient; Form 20-B and Form 28 shall be supplied by the Drugs Controller on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees, and a form so supplied shall bear the date on which it was supplied and shall be used within fourteen days of that date.
