Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the importer of drugs shall apply to the Drugs Controller in Form 20 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Drugs Controller shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
