Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these bye-laws shall be served on the importer of drugs to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form 25, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the Drugs Controller shall record the manner and the date of service within sixty days of the service.
